He is responsible of all the coaching and playing affairs at the Club. Norbert is also incharge of the teams selection of all teams in consultation with the captains and some committee members.

His history goes a long way back from his playing days when he represented Mashonaland Province and the Zimbabwe A Team. When he moved to Namibia he represented the Country in the CSA provincial competition for about 3 years. Norbert has a lot of experience and long history of coaching. His involvement in coaching provincial cricket and at the CFX Cricket Academy in Zimbabwe has made him a house hold name.

Norbert has been involved with cricket development in Namibia for a long time where he has coached all age groups from U13 right through to the National Team. His major coaching achievement in Namibia is with the 2016 Namibia U19 team where he has a lot of unforgettable memories.
